The Ultimate Leadership Guide
The Ultimate Leadership Guide is a new idea, a new approach towards personal development. Think about how we’ve been going about achieving personal growth in the leadership arena in the past 10-20 years or so:
- Volumes of Leadership Books
- Management Books
- Leadership Seminars
- Leadership Coaching
- Leadership Consultancy
Many different methods – but they all share one of two flaws. They’re either very expensive (£1000 and above), or they take 100’s hours of reading. Does it really have to be like this? Well, The Ultimate Leadership Guide takes all the material from 30 relevant personal/business development books. Books such as the 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, and Who Moved My Cheese.
The ‘Ultimate Leadership Guide‘ condenses the material down to they core leadership principles. A standard 400 page leadership book, will only contain 2-3 pages of pure principles and key messages. If you’ve read any leadership book, you’ll realise that the vast major of the material is merely ‘padding’, comprised of examples and repetition.
You can cut that out with The Ultimate Leadership Guide, which offers a ‘3 minute per day’ lifestyle commitment to personal growth! Being able to learn from the greats in just 3 minutes (one book) per day!

Interesting post, but I’ve always been under the impression that leadership is a quality that is just there, can’t be taught. Maybe I’ll give this a shot, I have been wrong before.

If you’ve never tried to play “field training” rules Ultimate Frisbee, you really don’t know what you’re talking about. It’s fun, but it’s also discipline, being cautious and aware of your own actions and the consequences associated, plus the usual sportsmanship, teamwork, and physical exercise.

I think that Leadership is often seen as a mythical or elite subject, that is only relevant for CEOs and directors of companies. While this is simply not the case, it certain puts many individuals from pursuing growth and development of their leadership skills.

I think that the purpose of doing something just a few minutes per day would be to develop the habit of being constant, persistent; however, you cannot expect to learn something really to its core by working on the issue just a couple of minutes. No Olympic athlete, Doctoral candidate, scientist or leader in any field grows on such basis; they all dedicate their whole existence to their goals.
